2009 vê a chegada do novo chefe cozinheiro, Juan. Tendo trabalhado anteriormente na cozinha aqui no Es Vive e alguns dos mais conhecidos restaurantes de Ibiza, Juan será a introdução de um novo estilo de cozinha para as suas delícias este verão.
Para aqueles que chegam a tempo de tomar o pequeno-almoço há um bufete self-service continental clássico e de Alimentos cozinhados Seguido pelo Menu do Terraço que incorpora infusões asiáticas com um ligeiro toque mediterrâneo, inclui alguns pratos clássicos para que tenha um conforto caseiro.Jante no terraço ou leve a comida para dentro.
