After a six year legal battle, Noel Gallagher has won a Spanish court case over his cliff-top property in Ibiza. Shortly after buying the 3 bed villa from Mike Oldfield 10 years ago, he discovered that it was falling into the sea! Mr Gallagher has been awarded a six-figure sum in compensation.The villa has a recording studio and guitar shaped swimming pool and was purchased for £2.5 million in 1999.
It had been previously reported that Mr Gallagher had not been returning to his Ibiza property since he realised that his nearest neighbour was James Blunt. Other celebrities living nearby include Zinedine Zidane and Jade Jagger.
